SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Thank you for shopping with UNLINED! We can’t wait to ship your order and we hope you will like as much as we are!

We ship from Vilnius, Lithuania (EU).

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase, except if specified otherwise. A tailoring of some garments may take up to 3 weeks (pre-order items, items of limited production, custom orders). It’s clearly mentioned in every item’s description, so please READ IT carefully.

Local orders are shipped with Omniva and will be delivered to the nearest parcel maschine. 

International orders are shipped with UPS, DHL Global Mail / Deutsche Post or Lithuanian Post  depending on your country and chosen shipping method.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out. Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

Once your order is shipped with STANDARD SHIPPING, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days if its ship date if you are located within EU, or within 10-20 business days if you are located in any other country in the world.

EXPRESS SHIPPING take 1-2 business days in EU and 1-5 business days worldwide.

ORDER CANCELATION

We start processing your order immediately after it was placed, so we can’t guarantee order cancelation will be possible. For changing or cancelling your order, please contact us by email hello@un-lined.com.

Please make sure you choose your dress and size of it carefully and add the correct shipping address. If you have an urgent change contact us immediately and we will try to help you as much as we can.

CUSTOM / PERSONALISED ORDERS

Many of UNLINED dresses may be manufactured individually according to the customer's specifications on sizes and shapes. Please contact us directly via hello@un-lined.com for more information including adjustments possibilities, colors availabilities, pricing, time frames and more.

Because custom and personalised dresses are made just for you, they are not refundable.

PRE - ORDER ITEMS

Please note that tailoring of some garments may take up to 2 weeks - it is clearly mentioned in item description.

You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. If your order includes items that are not on pre-order, they will have to wait and be shipped with the pre-ordered item. If this does not work for you, please place a separate order for pre-orders.

DUTIES & TAXES

We ship from Lithuania (EU), so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. UNLINED is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Deliveries outside the EU are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the process. Refused deliveries are subject of 15 eu (EU countries) and 20 eu (Rest of the world) return processing fee.

Please note that refusal of your shipment will not cancel any Duty and Tax invoice that has been issued following the importation of your package. You will need to pay any Duties and Taxes due to UPS or any other courier company (who paid the charges as the package entered the country). If courier will charge us, we will reduce this amount from you refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.

We do not offer a free returns service. All return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable.

There is no need to email us to prior returning your order - return day will be marked once your return parcel will be scanned by courier or post office. For returns out of return window we offer store credits which are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

We are not able to accept returned items that are soiled or dirty or have been worn or washed. All the garments have to be in their original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.

UNLINED takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by UNLINED.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. Once the return will been approved, you will receive a refund email confirmation. Please note that refunds can take up to 1-5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order. Unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty dress. Please contact us via hello@un-lined.com with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note that faulty items purchased from a UNLINED stockist are required to returned to the place of purchase.

This is a general size guide to give you an approximate idea of our sizing. Size guide reflects body measurement, not the garments. Please note that the actual measurements may differ slightly depending on the garment and style. We make effort to provide sizing information in each item description.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
